A water treatment plant of 98,000 liters is installed at Yomcha Circle, Arunachal

The long-awaited Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in Yomcha Circle, West Siang district’s Liromoba constituency, Arunachal Pradesh, has been formally opened. In front of a number of dignitaries, including Miss Mamu Hage, Deputy Commissioner of West Siang, Gyamar Amte, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Yomcha, Er. Regam Bogo, Superintending Engineer of PHE & WS Aalo Circle, and the residents of Yomcha, the project was officially launched on December 6 by Pesi Jilen, the local MLA of Liromoba Assembly Constituency.

With a 98,000-liter capacity, the new water treatment plant is expected to greatly enhance the water supply and satisfy the expanding demands of the people of Yomcha. MLA Pesi Jilen commended the Public Health Engineering and Water Supply (PHE & WS) Department and the local community for finishing this important project successfully.
