The Ao Senden and Chang Khulei Setshang (CKS) have signed a joint declaration aimed at strengthening the historic bond between the Ao and Chang communities. The declaration, which emphasizes mutual respect, understanding, and shared cultural values, was signed by Ao Senden President Marsanen Imsong and CKS President N.Y. Choba Chang.
The joint statement highlights the deep-rooted connection between the two communities, built on understanding each other’s culture, traditions, and governance systems. It further pledges a commitment to advance their brotherhood through peace, progress, and prosperity.
“Today, for posterity, we solemnly resolve to carry forward our Brotherhood into the realm of peace, progress, prosperity, and advancement of our two communities, trusting in Almighty God’s abundant wisdom and blessings,” the declaration reads.
