Arunachal CM inaugurates upgraded district hospital and circuit house

Chief Minister Pema Khandu officially opened two significant infrastructure projects in Boleng, Siang district, joined by Health Minister Biyuram Wahge, Sports Minister Kento Jini, Panchayati Raj and RD Minister Ojing Tasing, and other MLAs. Among the initiatives are the newly constructed Tourist Circuit House, which will cost Rs 5 crores, and the renovated District Hospital, which would cost ₹16 crores. “The new Circuit House and the upgraded District Hospital mark significant milestones in our mission to improve connectivity and healthcare in the Siang district,” said CM Khandu, who expressed gratitude for the warm response from the Boleng community. He underlined the government’s dedication to improving infrastructure development and public service delivery in the area.

While the Circuit House seeks to increase tourism and offer improved amenities for tourists to Boleng, the renovated hospital is anticipated to significantly improve inhabitants’ access to healthcare. The Chief Minister also underlined the state government’s commitment to continuing to serve the people of Arunachal Pradesh and praised the efforts of Minister Ojing Tasing and local leaders for their commitment to the district’s development. Community residents, local leaders, and government representatives attended the inauguration ceremony to celebrate the advancements and opportunities these new facilities will bring to the area.
