KRAFTON excited to announce the selection of the inaugural cohort for its recently launched KIGI

KRAFTON India has unveiled the inaugural cohort of its KRAFTON India Gaming Incubator (KIGI) program, showcasing a dynamic blend of talent poised to revolutionize India’s gaming landscape. Among the select few, local game developer ReDimension Games stands tall, heralding a new era of innovation and creativity.

Chosen from over two hundred applicants nationwide, ReDimension Games, led by CEO Pekrukhrietuo Pienyu, impressed with their project “Sojourn Past,” an action-adventure game slated for a 2024 release on multiple platforms. Hailing from Kohima, Nagaland, the team promises an immersive experience, blending action, exploration, and rich narrative depth.

The KIGI program offers tailored mentorship lasting 6 to 12 months, coupled with grants of up to $150,000, providing startups like ReDimension Games with the resources and guidance needed to thrive. Anuj Sahani, Head of KRAFTON India Incubator Program, expressed enthusiasm for the diverse talent pool, highlighting the program’s commitment to reshaping India’s gaming ecosystem.
