A shocking incident unfolded in Maharashtra’s Pune where a man killed 8 years boy after sexual abuse.
According to the sources, the victim went missing on Saturday . Later, the police examined CCTV footage in the suspected area where a 28 year old boy identified as Pawan Pandey abundant the victim.
The police stated that, “Pandey was arrested on Sunday. He has confessed he sexually assaulted the boy before strangling him and dumping the body in Bavdhan area.”
The accused was arrested under provisions of the Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
