Nissan Motor India has unveiled a pioneering 10-Year Extended Warranty Plan for the New Nissan Magnite. Fresh off a Global NCAP 5-star rating for adult occupant safety, the Magnite now offers coverage of up to 10 years or 2 lakh kilometres at just 22 paise per km, or INR 12 per day — a disruptive proposition in India’s B-SUV segment.
Available only for vehicles with a 3-year standard warranty, the plan comes in flexible formats — 3+7, 3+4, 3+3, 3+2, and 3+1 years — offering seven years of full coverage followed by engine and transmission protection for the final three. The initiative includes unlimited cashless repairs at Nissan-authorisedcentres and can be financed seamlessly through Nissan Finance.
The city’s growing SUV market values products that combine top safety ratings with predictable long-term costs, making the Magnite’s extended warranty an attractive, low-risk bet. “This bold initiative gives customers the freedom to innovate their journeys without worrying about what’s under the hood,” said Saurabh Vatsa, MD, Nissan Motor India.
