In a remarkable celebration of innovation, Samsung India has unveiled the winners of its esteemed initiative, ‘Solve for Tomorrow 2024’. This flagship program encourages young minds to address pressing societal challenges through creative solutions. Team Eco Tech Innovator from Golaghat, Assam, shone as the Community Champion in the School Track, earning INR 25 lakh for their impactful proposal on equitable access to potable water. Team METAL from Udupi, Karnataka, emerged as the Environment Champion in the Youth Track, recognized for their groundbreaking technology designed to remove arsenic from groundwater, securing a grant of INR 50 lakh for incubation at IIT-Delhi.
The event also spotlighted commendable teams receiving Goodwill Awards and the Social Media Champion Award, highlighting the importance of engagement and outreach in driving social change. Each of the ten finalist teams received INR 1 lakh and certificates, symbolizing their hard work and innovative spirit.
