Sellers achieve business transactions worth INR 1 Cr on udaan

India’s largest eB2B platform, udaan, shipped over 2.25 billion products in CY 2023, fulfilling 23 million orders across all Bharat states, according to the company’s announcement. Under the Essentials category (Fresh, FMCG, Staples, Pharma), the platform catered to 20 million orders and nearly10 lac tonnes of products were shipped through the platform.

Over 70 million products were shipped under the Discretionary (Electronics, General Merchandise, and Lifestyle) category catering to over 3million orders. During this period, 900 sellers on the platform achieved sales worth Rs 1 crore each, while close to 600 sellers did business worth INR 2 crores on the platform.

In CY 2023, udaan’s Electronics Category processed 1.3 million orders and shipped over 31 million products, including 21 million+ accessories, 7.5 million consumer electronics, and 2.5 million mobile handsets. In CY 2023, 22% of retailers on the udaan platform adopted digital payment methods, highlighting the high demand for Essentials and Discretionary products in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Bangalore.
